Project Management and Leadership Practices that Make a Difference
Presented
On-Line, 15 Minutes a Day, a Lifetime of Value
Learning academically sound, results
oriented, and people friendly management practices can take you
to a new level as a leader in your organization. There is
more to a successful career than excellence in one area.
Sometime you need to take off your rose colored glasses and see
reality in a way that others see it. Sometimes you need to
act in a way that is a bit foreign to you. Fortunately, a small shift in emphasis can make a
big difference in the ultimate outcome, and along the way it can
be fun, as well as profitable and
personally rewarding.
Our online workshop is under
development Some of the modules are ready for
you to try for free. We would very much appreciate your
feedback. Please click on a module to
give it a try. A new window will open for viewing the
workshop.

This material is what you would expect an a
college level management and leadership course, but it is developed with
the working professional in mind. It is hard to find time in the
work day to learn because there is so much to do. Everyone,
however, can find time for a short break. Grab a cup of coffee,
click on your web browser spend approximately 10 minutes viewing the
module of your choice, do a little web searching on the topic, and get
back to work with a new idea that might prove useful.
You may view the material in any order, but we
strongly suggest you start the introduction first so the approach for
the rest of the modules makes sense.
